Palazanni TZX 730 Features and Benefits
The TZX 730 spider lift includes numerous features to enhance performance, productivity and efficiency.
1. Compact Design
Do you typically work in tight spaces? This spider lift is only 11 feet 6 inches wide and 15 feet 5 inches long and has a short wheelbase, enabling you to use it efficiently and safely in confined areas. The stowed width is only 3 feet 3 inches, allowing easy storage and transport. You could even use it indoors if necessary.
2. Lightweight Construction
The lift’s aluminum articulating boom arm contributes to the machine’s lightweight design without sacrificing quality or durability. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance, a crucial consideration during heavy outdoor use in the often harsh Midwest climate.
3. Ample Horizontal Reach
While the machine’s compact design is ideal when working in tight spaces, it can also perform well in many other settings. The articulating boom’s side reach capacity is 33 feet 8 inches, providing excellent versatility and maneuverability.
4. Superior Height Capacity
If you need to reach higher elevations, the TZX 730 can meet your requirements. With its maximum lifting height of 73 feet 9 inches, your crews can work efficiently and safely in your most challenging outdoor applications.
5. Remote-Controlled Operation
You don’t need to be on the machine to operate its numerous functions. The remote control unit adds convenience by enabling you to start the engine, expand and contract the outriggers, raise and lower the basket and perform other steps by flipping a switch or pressing a button.
6. Flexible Outrigger Operation
The machine has four outriggers that resemble legs and are the origin of the spider lift moniker. These appendages raise the chassis off the ground and provide stability when parking the machine on hills or uneven terrain and while the basket is in the air. You can control the outriggers’ movements manually or automatically, depending on the situation and your preferences.
7. Tracks for Stability
The spider lift contains tracks similar to those found on bulldozers and other earthmoving equipment. The non-marking track-drive system enables you to navigate the machine over rugged terrain more easily than a wheeled aerial lift. You also don’t need to worry about flat tires that can delay work or present a safety issue.
8. Surprising Speed
Although the Palazanni TZX runs on tracks instead of wheels, this doesn’t mean the machine is slow. The powerful two-cylinder Kubota diesel engine enables the spider lift to move quickly — it’s one of the fastest models in its class. You’ll be able to move between locations efficiently, saving valuable time.
You’ll have the flexibility to choose between two speed options. Determine whether a faster speed or a higher torque is better for your applications.
9. One- or Two-Person Capacity
The standard basket can accommodate two workers (a one-person option is also available) for a total weight capacity of 440 pounds. Your crews should be able to carry the tools and equipment required to perform their jobs without overloading. The machine’s tight rotational radius increases functionality and safety when working in confined areas. The basket also has large control knobs, making it easier for workers to manage its functions.
A unique feature is the specially designed cleanout hole on the side of the basket that enables workers to sweep out wood chips and other debris while in the air.
10. Easy Loading and Unloading
Because the TZX 730 spider lift is lightweight, compact and maneuverable, you’ll have no trouble rolling it on and off a trailer. You’ll be able to transport it to and from your job sites quickly and efficiently with little risk of damaging the machine.
11. Simplified Maintenance
Are you planning to purchase this hardworking, efficient aerial lift and make it a permanent member of your equipment fleet? You’ll appreciate how easy it is to maintain. The low operating and ownership costs will enable your company to save money and have a healthier bottom line.
