Wellbuilt Equipment has been providing contractors of all trades with aerial equipment for more than 30 years. We are a family-owned and operated business that sells, rents, repairs and maintains lifts from Genie, CMC and more throughout the Chicago, Illinois area.
Location of Our Facilities
We have been operating out of our centrally located building in Crete, Illinois, since 2009. This location is near many main north/south and east/west throughways and only a few minutes from the exits.
Crete is about 35 minutes directly south of Chicago. We’re only two minutes east of state Route 394 — about 10 minutes from the major interstate interchanges in southern Chicago. We’re close to Interstate 80 and Interstate 94, too. You can come from anywhere in Illinois and still be here in just a few hours. Our proximity to major highways makes it much easier for you to get to Wellbuilt Equipment without having to take too many back roads.
Our location is especially crucial for those who need CMC lifts serviced. We’re one of the only aerial equipment companies in the upper Midwest and Lake Michigan area that can service CMC compact tracked lifts such as the Arbor Pro. We find many CMC Arbor Pro lifts in Crete, Chicago, and beyond need servicing, and we offer a solution.
We have partnered with All Access Lifts to maintain CMC lifts and will travel throughout the Midwest to service them. We are also one of the select companies that carry CMC lifts throughout the region

We also carry Genie industrial lifts in Chicago and lifts from other well-known, dependable brands such as JLG and Skyjack.
We also proudly service all brands we offer for sale or rent. We can do anything from routine ANSI safety inspections to preventive maintenance and servicing, welding and fabricating and complete equipment reconditioning and refurbishing.
Our team also offers complete equipment transportation and storage options, so you don’t have to book a truck and trailer to move your lift from one location to another.
